# Comment identifier le nombre de dossiers dans mon abonnement ?

## Retrouvez dans cet article comment un administrateur peut suivre l'évolution du nombre de dossiers.

### Etape 1 : Rendez-vous sur la page **Statistiques**

Cliquez sur votre **Prénom** en haut à droite puis cliquez sur **Statistiques**.

*Si vous ne voyez pas **“Statistiques”** dans le menu, cela signifie sue vous n’avez pas les droits pour accéder à cette page. Rapprochez-vous de votre administrateur pour qu’il puisse vous attribuer les bons droits.*

### *Etape 2 : Visualisez le nombre de dossiers dans la Vue globale*

*Le nombre de dossiers apparaît dans la partie **Vue globale**.*

Pour afficher le nombre total de dossiers, pensez à bien cliquez sur **Depuis le début**.
